If you have not yet received your order
Orders placed over the internet or via phone usually ship within 24-48 hours. Most of our orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Please allow for weekend delays as business days only are calculated in this calculation. (This could delay the arrival of your package by up to two days.)


If you have received a partial shipment
Your order may sometimes ship from multiple warehouses using different services. Therefore, it may take a few days for the complete order to be delivered.


If you would like to change or cancel an order after receiving email confirmation
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, simply log into your e-account by clicking here. Once logged in you will see a check order status button. Click the button and follow the instructions. Please remember we work very hard to get your order shipped out the day you place your order. Therefore, you only have up to 1 hour after you place your order to make a change before we ship it out.


If you have any questions about a charge appearing on your credit card account
Every time you attempt to place an order on the internet an authorization is made for that amount on your credit card. The authorization will turn into a charge when your order is processed and you will then be issued an order number. If the order, for some reason, did not go through, the authorization will clear off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks' policy.


If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order
With each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest placing the order again. If there are charges against your account, please call 770-664-7787 or email us at info@eaglepcsales.com.


If you have any questions about our shipping procedures
FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers of choice. Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will usually ship that day pending authorization. Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. EaglePCSales.com only ships and delivers on weekdays. Saturday delivery is available at additional cost. Orders placed on Friday for standard overnight before 3:00PM EST will usually arrive on Monday.


If you have any questions regarding our Shipping Costs
To get the shipping cost, simply add the items to you cart and the shipping total will automatically be calculated. Please be advised that we ship via FedEx and UPS. If our web site is calculating an unusually high shipping rate in comparison to the amount or type of items that you are ordering, you can call us directly at 770-664-7787.


Do we ship Internationally?
Not at the current time.


Do we accept Purchase Orders?
EaglePCSales.com only accepts purchase orders from Government, Educational, and selected establishments. Please fax your request to 770-751-9036, Attention: PURCHASE ORDER.

Is my order subject to state sales tax?
Only orders shipped to Georgia addresses are subject to state sales tax.


Do we ship to A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses?
Sorry, at this time we are not accepting A.P.O. or F.P.O. orders.
